Best Soft Inc. provides a hotel booking sytem script. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new applications or new features that upgrade or enhance the Software, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

All fees are payable in US dollars. Merchant fees charged by PayPal. Fee amounts are subject to change at any time, at sole discretion of Best Soft Inc.
Software is delivered to User by Internet only (e.g. can be downloaded from this website or emailed to User) within 24 hours of payment success. Best Soft Inc. does not provide Software delivery on any type of hard media (e.g. CD). Most of the coded files having core functions would be provided in the encrypted format for the final delivery of the product and you will have control to change Application’s look & feel through template files provided along with css setting update.
Upgrades are any modifications in Software, e.g. source code content, database structure, or interface appearance. Best Soft Inc. is continually improving and enhancing Software, based on customers feedback and market demand. New versions of the Software are released from time to time at Best Soft Inc.’s discretion.
However, new applications (new Software packages) developed and released by Best Soft Inc. are not considered Software upgrades. Any Software modifications, e.g. adding new features, removing or redesigning existing features, or making interface changes are completely at Best Soft Inc.’s discretion.
We offer non-tangible irrevocable products, this is why our Refund Policy is conditional, and refunds are allowed only if purchased product is not as described, namely:
— please check demo before buy, that ever you see in demo you will get exact same thing. so please if anything changes you need, we can’t provide changes or customization service for free.
— if the product you have purchased does not have features and functionality as described at www.bestsoftinc.com website, and Customer’s inability to use purchased product(s) due to lack of required skills does not require us to provide a refund, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
— once script successfully deliver in your email , we can not refund if your hosting features does not match as our requirement(hosting requirement mentioned in product description page).
— inability to use administrative tools due to lack of web browser usage skills;
— inability to change Application’s look & feel (redesign templates) due to lack of HTML knowledge and/or HTML editor usage skills;
— inability to ASP / PHP source files customization due to lack of PHP / ASP programming experience.
All the software has been tested under our products hosting requirement
Full support is provided when running in the above environment. We do not accept any responsibility under other environments and cannot offer support for other environments. Please be advised, if you buy the package it is at your own risk.We can’t be held responsable for malfunctions in your hosting … we could offer you instead a cheap hosting where our scripts work 100% correct for only 70-120 USD/year depending by your requests and features.
If any bug found in your server at the time of installation, you must need to provide your server hosting control panel login details and FTP login details to our support team.
we only support for fresh installation to your server. we can’t provide support if any error found at time of customization script or time of integrating you site.
We provide refunds for customers of Best Soft Inc. who pay by PayPal within 30 days after purchase.
Refunds after 30-days period is expired is not available.
No repeated refunds are available.
Note: 8% processing fee (included in the amount received) will not be refundable.
Refunds for custom services (e.g. installation services, custom programming services) are not available.
Refund is processed within 7 (seven) business days after you post a request for refund.

USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT:
1. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT USER’S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO HIS/HER COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
2. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY USER FROM BEST SOFT INC. OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
